TRENTON, MI - Imlach Group and Imlach & Collins Brothers were honored at the 2012 Atlas Convention with numerous awards for outstanding customer service, quality service practices and continued business growth. Milton M. Hill Quality Award- We're on a roll! Imlach has been recognized for 12 years, consecutively, with Atlas' highest quality award. Only Atlas Van Lines agents who meet or exceed 12 stringent quality guidelines are recognized. Qualifications cover driver safety, warehouse compliance, service volume, overall customer satisfaction and more. The Milton M. Hill Quality Award is presented to those select few that genuinely rank as the best of the best in the Atlas network.

Hauling Achievement Award - For the second consecutive year, Imlach earned Atlas' top spot - 1st Place in Hauling Achievement. Imlach outperformed more than 330 Atlas agents in the U.S. To be eligible, an agent must haul a minimum of $500,000 in linehaul and achieve a top rating from their customers on Atlas' Operations Excellence Questionnaire. Both Imlach offices also received a Hauling Excellence Award.
Superior Packing Award - Each year both Imlach Group and Imlach & Collins Brothers have received this Atlas award by exceeding its requirements in packing revenue and by maintaining a packing claim ratio of 1.83 or less
